Born and raised in Holland, Michigan, Daniel has been traveling since the age of 12. Graduating from Colorado State with a BS in Natural Resource Management he quickly realized his true passion. And now, with over 30 countries under his belt in the last 8 years and countless pictures and stories, Dan has used his eye for capturing just the right moment through picture and word to express what he's been seeing since the age of 12.

With Red Bull, Tracks (Australia), Planeta Surf La Revista (Mexico), Surfos (Costa Rica) and Channel Magazine(USA), to name a few, Daniel's clientele is as diverse as the locals he frequents. A true adventure photographer, Daniel continues to grow and perfect his craft as he travels the globe finding a story in some of the world's most amazing and exotic locations.
